I hurt my wrist for sure! First, I was like, "blah blah blah I can half handglide." I can't
Then I was like, "blahblahblah I can turtle freeze for longer" I can
Then I was like, "baby freeze " I did it, but not for long
Then I was like...hmm 6 step? 
Then I was like...3 step!! 
Then I was like OWWW UGH OWWW RIP left wrist
But then I was like "well it's not too bad, but I'm not going to bother tonight"

I fucked up my wrist. I just want to fucking windmill and airchair freeze. dlkfjsdlfkjs
I guess all I can do now is practice my toprock, armwave, and popping and locking. djfhkjsks
My poor wrist.

Thursday I walked up and down 5 flights of stairs 3 times
Today I POWERWALKED/SLOW WALKED/JOGGED for 30 min
I guess I should do sit ups so I can focus on my core so stabbing won't hurt so bad.


P.S. Hong10 is my hero. I love how good he is at bboying.

Baby Freeze (still can't do it. My balance is off)
Arm wave
Body wave
1 Cartwheel
About 20 failed handstand attempts
Moon walk
Toprock

I can now do:
Turtle Freeze for 4 seconds

I'm going to take a little break. My body aches and I don't want to injure myself. My left arm/wrist is about to die. I have a feeling it's going to hurt to walk tomorrow. Whatever, it's worth it. I should focus more on balancing.

Floor Sweep (sooooooo hard)
Arm Wave (arms get tired after a while)
Body Wave
Robot
Handglide Stance (hurts my wrists after a while)
Toprock
Shoulder Freeze (can't do it & on my icon. I think I'm doing something wrong)
Moon Walk

I can now do:
3 Step (clockwise)
5 Step (clockwise)
6 Step (clockwise and counter-clockwise)
7 Step (clockwise)
Toprock (to a degree)
Moon Walk (I've known how to do it for a while)

I don't understand how to pop and lock, but I want to learn how. Windmills is hard. Starts with a handglide stance and then half a handglide. I cannot even control my handglide stance. I can robot my right arm. lol Oh, I said I would post pictures today, but I don't feel like it, so I'll do it tomorrow. I've been up since 6 something. I don't think I'll be comfortable enough to battle someone until a year from now. I need to learn freezes and how to control them. It takes muscle power, something I don't have.

Um, I realized that if you guys are going to keep up with what I'm practicing, I'm going to have to explain it to you. Tomorrow, I will post pictures of what I'm attempting to do. 

Oh! Feel free to send me a nudge if you feel like I'm slacking. I want to be good at this.
