    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;I hurt my wrist for sure! First, I was like, "blah blah blah I can half handglide." I can't&lt;br /&gt;Then I was like, "blahblahblah I can turtle freeze for longer" I can&lt;br /&gt;Then I was like, "baby freeze&amp;nbsp;" I did it, but not for long&lt;br /&gt;Then I was like...hmm 6 step?&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Then I was like...3 step!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Then I was like OWWW UGH OWWW RIP left wrist&lt;br /&gt;But then I was like "well it's not too bad, but I'm not going to bother tonight"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I fucked up my wrist. I just want to fucking windmill and airchair freeze. dlkfjsdlfkjs&lt;br /&gt;I guess all I can do now is practice my toprock, armwave, and popping and locking. djfhkjsks&lt;br /&gt;My poor wrist.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thursday I walked up and down 5 flights of stairs 3 times&lt;br /&gt;Today I POWERWALKED/SLOW WALKED/JOGGED for 30 min&lt;br /&gt;I guess I should do sit ups so I can focus on my core so stabbing won't hurt so bad.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S. Hong10 is my hero. I love how good he is at bboying.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

My balance is off)&lt;br /&gt;Arm wave&lt;br /&gt;Body wave&lt;br /&gt;1 Cartwheel&lt;br /&gt;About 20 failed handstand attempts&lt;br /&gt;Moon walk&lt;br /&gt;Toprock&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I can &lt;em&gt;now&lt;/em&gt; do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turtle Freeze for 4 seconds&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;~&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to take a little break. My body aches and I don't want to injure myself. My left arm/wrist is about to die. I have a feeling it's going to hurt to walk tomorrow. Whatever, it's worth it. I should focus more on balancing.</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;strong&gt;Today, I did:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Step&lt;br /&gt;4 Step (hard to remember)&lt;br /&gt;5 Step&lt;br /&gt;6 Step&lt;br /&gt;7 Step&lt;br /&gt;Sweep&lt;br /&gt;Floor Sweep (sooooooo hard)&lt;br /&gt;Arm Wave (arms get tired after a while)&lt;br /&gt;Body Wave&lt;br /&gt;Robot &lt;br /&gt;Handglide Stance (hurts my wrists after a while)&lt;br /&gt;Toprock&lt;br /&gt;Shoulder Freeze (can't do it &amp;amp; on my icon. I think I'm doing something wrong)&lt;br /&gt;Moon Walk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I can &lt;em&gt;now&lt;/em&gt; do:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Step (clockwise)&lt;br /&gt;5 Step (clockwise)&lt;br /&gt;6 Step (clockwise and counter-clockwise)&lt;br /&gt;7 Step (clockwise)&lt;br /&gt;Toprock (to a degree)&lt;br /&gt;Moon Walk (I've known how to do it for a while)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't understand how to pop and lock, but I want to learn how. Windmills is hard. Starts with a handglide stance and then half a handglide. I cannot even control my handglide stance. I &lt;strong&gt;can&lt;/strong&gt; robot my right arm. lol Oh, I said I would post pictures today, but I don't feel like it, so I'll do it tomorrow. I've been up since 6 something. I don't think I'll be comfortable enough to battle someone until a year from now. I need to learn freezes and how to control them. It takes muscle power, something I don't have. &lt;br /&gt;</content>
